I love lighting that is unique and captures the imagination. Inspired by vintage styles, yet imitating the looks of today, are what my lamps are about. Giving a room the focal point it deserves while staying original.
When everything around you is brand new, a room or home can look 'cold'. So this client added some wonderful 'warmth' and character to her new addition by choosing vintage inspired lighting. Great job Lynn!
Once all the dust settles and everything is back in its place, it so enjoyable to sit back and appreciate all the hardwork and design decisions.

French or English? The great thing about lighting is no matter what language you speak, lighting translates perfectly. Here my French speaking friend selected a wonderful variety of pendants to enhance her kitchen. Lovely!
Do you like the look of simple refinement? Lacking ornate decoration? Then you'll love the minimalist look. Its so calming and relaxing to the eye. A look that you will never tire of because of its simple, clean lines. Here in this client's home is a trio of minimalist pendants. Given interest with the twisted wire and added 'loops'. Very modern!
Putting together a sleek, contemporary set of tinted glass globes with black and white photography and a 'frenchie' in dining room chairs and you have a fun and delightful room. This client did just that and what a wonderful outcome. I love how she braided the pendant wires together to give it a modern feel. Beautiful!
When you have can lighting, it can be too harsh for the enviroment. Here this client used the 'conversion kits' available that allow you to transform a can light into a hanging pendant without having to tear into the ceiling. Look at how much softer and relaxing these lights are and they provide just the right setting for a relaxing 'soak'.
After searching for lamp fixtures and finding ‘the same old thing’ that everyone could have, I decided to create my own. This is how the journey began. Now I joyfully make my lamps available to others. I love using frosted, etched and milkglass vintage glass globes with all of their 'aged' charm. For safety, I use all new sockets and wiring, but consulting a licensed electrician is a good practice.
